i just got a jdm b16 i put it in my 99 civic ex i got the harness for the b16 and the piggy back thing to convert it to obd1 it runs great vtec and everything works but when i went to first start it the fuel pump wouldnt turn on so i wired it to the ignition to start it and when i got it strated i noticed my tach wanst work so i took it for a quick drive and speedometer is workin either can sumone help me fix this im stumped i think wutever is causeing the tach and stuff not to work is causeing the fuel pump not to work either anything would help thnks
