please help with headers!!

i have a 88 accord and on the manifold theas a 1 inch bolt i forgot the name because its long...ive tried every then ta get it off nesuggestions??...please help this things rediculous..than you

If you have access to a torch heat the area surrounding the bolt, it will cause it to expand and help the bolt break loose.
