I'm swapping an OBD-0 B18a into my DPFI 89 civic hatch... Should I use my stock engine harness from the ECU, and just add wires because the B18 is MPFI?? Or do I need the whole harness from the ECU all the way to the engine for the B18??

You can rewire it for MPFI.

it'd be easiest just to convert it to mpfi
