PLZ HELP! Skunk2 or GC

HI guys! i am planning to lower my 99 Integra GSR, and i am having a problem deciding whether to go with the Skunk2 coilovers or Ground Control coilovers. Pleaes give me your opinion on which one is better. Thanks a lot!

GCs tend to give much a better ride
skunk2s tend to be very bouncy/jittery

Well it depends on the spring rate, but IMO GC makes a better sleeve. You can get any spring rate you want and they use Eiback ERS springs, as opposed to the question mark springs in a Skunk2 kit.

Not meaning to thread jack, but what about IB spec coilovers? Are they any good. I know everyone likes most of Jeff's stuff, so I was wondering if his coil overs were any good....they sure are cheap
