PM6 DX to SI swap info needed

I am putting a '90 SI D16A6 in my '89 DX sedan. I ordered a PM6 ECU off of thepartstrader.com The ECU I received was supposed to be a '90 PM6, but it says '88 SI on the ECU. The numbers on the side are 37820-PM6-A031. Will this work with the engine I have, and my 5-speed DX tranny? Thanks in advance.
