IDK but im SURE the tape tells the truth.

Either way there is no excuse for a cop to remove their weapon from its holster w/out the INTENT to use it.

hell ive asked a cop that im friends with to tazer me on many occasions and he wont/cant do it

he would have to arrest me for something and i would have to resist before he can tazer me without getting in trouble for it

their tazers record when they are fired, as well as how many times, and how long the juice is applied after being fired

the dept doesnt think the tazer should be used as a toy

Agreed. Cleveland cops are just not right. Altough you can get away with some stupid shit and they do nothing.
