port and polish

Does anyone know where i can get information on how i can port and polish a d16z6 vtech head? like a step by step guide?

Here is a shitty how-to but its all i could find. And if you dont know what your doing and dont have access to a flow bench I would advise you only polish.

And I, and everyone else who knows how to properly port a head, would advise you to NOT polish it, unless you want your fuel to fall out of suspension and pool on the port walls.
