I was just wondering about how much HP a port and polish job will add on a b18b head. The head already has crower cams, skunk2 intake manifold, and toda cam gears. Also, what is the best timing mark to set the cam gears at for good power and daily driveability?

There's no formula answer.... every P&P job is different- it's not some mod that you just click on and install like Gran Turismo. Depending on how good your port/polish guy is, you could either lose power or gain power- there's no definite "You'll get 10 horsepower out of it" measure that you can go by. Setting your cam gears should be done on a dyno- and again, there's no way to tell what the best setting is. Get on a dyno and try different settings until you max out!
