Engine in question: B16 (SiR II/A2)

1. Would it be worth it to pay a shop to port the Intake Manifold/Block (manifold ends)/Exhaust Manifold?
 
:yes:

Just make sure you take it to someone who knows what they're doing, not just any place that advertises port work.
