Positive wire for a new electric fan on CRX?

I got a new flex-a-lite fan for my CRX and I'm not the best at electrical issues. Could someone please help me, tell me where the best place is for wiring the positive. I would like the fan on on the time when ignition is on. I have the negative wired like the instructions, but the positive it a little trickier. Thanks in advance.
