possible throwout bearing problem?

Hey everyone. I was wondering if someone could give me some imput as to what is going on with my civic. It is a 2003 with a manual transmission. yesterday it started making a noise like something was loose or rattling. The noise stops when i push in the clutch and it also stops when i am not on the accelerator. i have been told it sounds like the throwout bearing?????

i had a that go out on my sol, i just got a tranny out of a junk yard with 60,000 mlies on it
