    Looks good.

    Its funny that you made it with potato flakes to keep it "doable" for the guys. Then immediately suggested a mixer with a dough hook.

    I dont even have one. And I'm Chef BoyarboB!

    Most stand mixers come with a dough hook. :D
    They come with 3 pieces, 1 wisk, 1 paddle, and 1 dough hook.
    That's why I said that. =)


    TurboMirage Thanks, I'm starting to get a new member or two a day, too bad the only ones that post is spamers. =) I'm in search of some posters!!!!
    you don't "need" bread flour, the bread flour has more protein so it will end up getting more stretchy after it's kneeded for awhile, not to say normal AP flour wont. it just wont get "as" elastic like. That's what causes the dough to rise.

    If you use normal flour and beat it enough so you can get that bakers window, you should be peachy.
