Power help needed

hi there i need some help here
i was wondering what the kind of power you would get out of ls/vtec
im talking b16a head and b16a pistons on/in a b18a1
and a GSR head on a b18a1
and i mean as stock a posible

and be eazy on me im new to this ls/vtec stuff

really kuz in a book called honda/acura engine performance on page 95
it said that you can get 170-190 hp
do u think thats right or not

at the crank, yes
crank hp and wheel hp are two different things
you have to account for the drivetrain loss

so in a sense yes the book is correct.
