I have a 90 Crx SI with a b16a swap a Pr3 Ecu

The problem I am having is, it is ideling wrong. When I give it gas it feels like it loses power, and like its dragging slow. My oxygen sensor is not hooked up. I think that is the problem, but I'm not sure. I need some help on how to hook it back up. When I had it on a lift I saw the wire was cut, and can't see where to hook it back up, or find a pinout or diagram. Is this were my problem is?
 
If you aren't sure if it's hooked up or not pull back the passenger side carpet and get to the cover of your ECU. Turn the key on and read the codes from the red LED flashing in the cover.. then you'll know what part is acting up. Without knowing what codes the ECU has stored it's pretty much impossible to help further..
