Pr4-3, Pr4-4 Head?

Can someone tell me what the difference between a PR4-3 head and a PR4-4 head is? THe PR4-3 head is off a 93 Integra RS, and I have a rebiult PR4-4 head im going to put on the block. Will it work or are they different?

it will work just fine.. the second digit i think is when they were cast, so the years may be different, but if you are using the proper dist. etc you'll be fine

Yeah I know, but its the only place I found the clossest lead to what I needed to know. I still don't know what cylinder head I have.
