PR4 ECU Pinouts for 89 CRX Si

I have put a B18A1 in my 89 CRX Si. The wiring harness did not include the wire or the plug for the IACV on the back of the Intake manifold. I need to know where the 2 wires for the plug i cut off an old wire harness that has the plug go. Please do not just reply with the website link. i have looked everywhere and noone has what i need. If you have it or have found it place the link in my email. I have a code 16 flashing on my PR4 (I donk know if OBD0 or OBD1) ECU. And my idle pulse up and down from 1200rpms to 400rpms. Also anyone who has a catback exhaust for an 89 CRX SI i would like to buy it. Email me at rebelins9@yahoo.com if you have any info.
