Wow, that has got to be the most hideous CRX I've ever seen, and that's saying something. It's a good thing he doesn't live around here, or I'd run off the road laughing myself silly every damn time I saw it.

They acutally made 100 crx convertibles. All that i have seen are baby blue, however, I am not sure if they ever imported them to the US (only saw them online)

that CRX isnt thatbad...ive seen worse...like a convertible Escort GT at a car show a few years back. boy UGLY wasnt the word to describe how it looked. it was all hacked up to shit. :puke:

Damn are you serious?! Can you find them in the US or only in Japan? I would love to get my hands on one of them. ;)

Why did they stop making them? Did they have problems or something?

LMAO!!!

AWD and convertible variants of the CRX are all fabricated outside the Honda factory. Honda has NEVER produced an AWD or convertible CRX. The closest they came to a convertible CRX was the glass top Cyber CRX, sold only in Asia, which was basically a USDM DX with a glass roof.

crx convertible mike? :p

That is something I would love to see.

Hmm. You never know.

I am trying to make it as light as possible though... so turning it into a street drivable convertible isn't really an option. The CRX is the cheapo junker- I even quibble about $38 vs $50 per tire on that thing. It's NOT going to be a show car, that's for sure. If anything, I would take it rallycrossing...

:lmao:
