Prelude P code question

Hey there,
I got a check engine light on my car when i hooked my obd2 scanner it gave me a P1399 code which says is powertrain related i can't find the code in the service manual and I called the dealer and they don't know, and want me to take it in. I'm trying to avoid paying the diagnostic fee so if any one knows what the code is please let me know.

Its on my 1999 Prelude SH.

those scanners don't throw the same codes as jumping the ecu does.

head to the reference section, find the article on ecu codes and how to pull them. grab your self a paper clip or piece of wire, and jump the service connector.
