Alright so i thought i had seen it all until i purchased this one. I am now the owner of one 90 Civic with a Z6 swap. First off The swap was done unsuccessfully by the previous owner. The engine has been installed correctly but he decided to but the B15B2 Intake manifold on the Z6 and wire it up that way and do the Dizzy conversion himself also.As you can imagine there is wires everywhere that have been stripped and reattached and open wires. The car does not run, all that i can coax out of it is to turn over. So my actual question is where Should i go from here about getting it up and running. i purchased a p28 for it and currently have it waiting to be hooked up. I just need to know what I should do about the wiring and the Intake manifold? Sorry so long. Any info will help as I am quite confused and have only lost sleep so far on this one.

i would start by almost starting over. get rid of the harness thats in there, and get a new engine harness. your going to need the mpfi intake manifold for everything to work properly. your going to also need the z6 dizzy in order for the 4 injectors to work properly. make sure to search dpfi-mpfi, and that should help with the wiring side of things. But ya, if the wiring is really that messy, i say start from scratch with a new harness!

Alright so i got the Z6 manifold. Should i Just go steal a Complete OBD1 Harness from a 95 civic and pull the dash and re install the entire harness or should i go with one of these jumper set ups?

No need to pull the dash for that conversion start from scratch get a Dx harness converted to Obd-1 with Obd-0/Obd-1 ecu jumper harness with Obd-1 ecu/distributor and 4 wire o2 sensor.
Heres a sample of what your harness should look like.

You will need a Obd-0/Obd-1 ecu jumper

Good Luck either way you decide to go, Peace!

The cheapest complete harness I could find was $180 with shipping. I only see some ecu jumpers for $60.
