Im getting into doing body work on cars, just as a hobby basically so im trying to gather as much info as possible. Right now i know some stuff but, like i said im just getting into it so if any questions seem dumb, well then i'll apologize now lol....

basically im just practicing on a fender, the stages from prepping an area to painted and completely finished. Right now i've wet sanded the primer and i see some area's where its thin and metal is showing. So, my question is in order to spray more primer in those area's to raise the thin spots, do i have to re-sand the primer with a course grit sand paper because its so smooth after wet sanding? or is it ok to spray more primer right over the wet sanded area's??

Id appreciate ANY INFO lol like i said im still learning....
