Problems please help

I swappd a b18a1 into my car and it has a 96 dist on it. it turns over but it is not firing or its not getting fuel please help me get my car running

ITs a 1996 Honda civic i used a 96 dx wiring harness with a 96 distributor the car turns over but will not start fully can someone please respond

is that distributor you have on it the correct one?when you put your key into the ignition and put it to on but dont start the motor can you hear the fuel pump start up?
