Problems with my B18A1 not starting

I have a b18a1 swap in my ef hatch and it turns over but will not fire, I know that it’s got fuel I can smell it. I started it the ether day and it ran fine but when you shut it off and then try to start it again it would just turn over and not fire and I would let it set for 10-15 mins and then try it and it would fire but today its just turning over but nothing. Anyone know what’s going on with it?

Probably something to do with the distributor. I had a similar problem one time with the electronic ignition module. I don't know if it was just bad or what but after the car ran for a little while it would get so hot the car would shut off. You could let it sit and sometimes it would start and other times it would not.
