problems with vtec

well i just did a mini me swap on my d15b7 with the z6 head and a p28 and vtec is most definitely not cracking any ideas its wired up ok. i need some help asap i lose to my friends civic now and i was spanking him 2 nights ago

if you know its wired right then its either the ecu or the vtec solenoid or the ecu. if u can swap either or and see what ya get.

do you have a ny other codes like speed sensor some will simply disable vtec over a fault speedometer sensor.
