Hiya everyone? Remember me, yes it is I the del Sol guru and I'm back with another build!

Here is my last del Sol thread --> http://hondaswap.com/auto-multi-media/93-del-sol-si-movin-up-500923/

Anyway here is new the culprint, a 1993 Honda del Sol S. It looks like a ugly whore right now, but that will change shortly.

Your probably wondering what's under the hood huh?

    Absolutely Nothing!!!

Plans for today are to clean up all that junk inside and fix whatever is broken. Also taking those ugly ass EG seats out, they don't deserve to be in a del Sol :p

    Will post new updates later!

    Yup it was originally CBP.

And a B20B with a B16 tranny is gonna power this sucka! I actually have the funds for the motor already. I just need to call up a local engine importer here and ask them do they have any in stock right now.

    Update!!!

I got a few things done today, but the sun caused me to end my day short.

    ^^ The sol Brothers!

And I cleaned a bunch a shit out that was just laying there....eww =/ Old newspaper, old socks, used gloves, dirty shirts, deodorant, rash creme, hahah you name anything and it was pretty much in there.

I took out the dash and seats and pretty much stopped right there. Also tried to take that steering wheel off but 2 of the 4 allen bolts were a PITA since they were rounded out so I just left it, I'll do it tomorrow. The sun was ridiculous and I wasn't gonna stay out there any longer.

And here is my guard dog that's NOT doing his fu*king job!!! :censored: He usually sits by the window and watches everything.

    Update!!!

So I got a few things done today.

I got the fenders, sideskirts, and front bumper off. They seem like aftermarket replacements since there not as sturdy like the OEM ones on the other Sol. When I'm ready to paint it I'm just gonna swap it over.

It looks like someone already tucked the harness behind the fenders.

But there was a little wiring madness on the passenger side.

I'll get that cleaned up later though, the sun is taking a toll on me and it's time to go back inside :)

I ran into a red sol vtec when I was hunting for my eg. Almost wish I had it after checking out your thread (almost lol). I actually looked in to the car but the dumb car salesman wasn't going to haggle on price at all. Looking forward to your build!

looks like that was some kind of teft recovery. civic seats, no motor, no wheels... :X you probably want to change out the locks and ignition too.

Pretty damn far lol, but It'll be worth it in the end once I get it up and running

No theft recovery lol. There was a LS swap inside but he asked me if I just want the shell. And they took their good wheels off before they sold it to me.

I actually drove the car when it had the LS engine inside.
