Hi to all of you,

My name is Luis Vicente and would just like to say as a new member, that this site is incredible.

I'm a proud owner of an Honda Accord 2.0 IS 1994 model which at the moment is having trouble with the Head Gasket.

I would like ask all of you please, if you could tell the the bolts torquing pressures necessary for the head capacity replacement.

Looking foward to listen from you.

Thank you

PS: Awesome site

Tightening the head bolts is done in a sequence of three steps...

1st step - 29 ft. lbs.
2nd step - 51 ft. lbs.
3rd step - 72.3 ft. lbs (Manual says 72.3 but you can torque it to 73)

Tighten the bolts in this order.... Picture the ten bolts....

8 6 2 4 10
9 3 1 5 7

And you should be fine. Good Luck!
