I just filled my b16 Y1 (with a KAAZ LDS) with "GM Synchromesh: Friction Modified" transmission oil and there is a HUGE difference. Its very thin, like honda MTF, but it makes everything much smoother. I highly recommend it. My car resisted turning (with honda MTF + LSD additive) and clicked/chattered but now it turns much smoother and the noise is gone!

Just thought everyone that didn't know this should. Its well worth the $30 I spent. (plus driving to annother town!)

I know, there was an 109732 year old post on Honda-Tech, but I figured some of the newbies could use the advice. Also, this is the first time I tried it and was very impressed, so i figured I'd pass on the knowledge :D
