    Are D15B7 And D16Z6 Crank Pulleys The Same? Can I Put A B7 Pulley On My Z6 With Out Timing Issues?

    crankshaft pulleys do not control timing in any way, there is a mark on it for ignition timing but you should be able to figure it out if its in a different place
    if it bolts on then it will work.

    yeah i know i was wondering if the ignition timing marks where the same on both

    I would say give it a try and see what happens then tell us! You know be the ginnie pig for another artical to add to the FQA section ;P

    If you have both pulleys I would line them up using the keeper key as a baseline, since that is TDC on all d series engines, then look to see where the timing mark is. If it's in a different spot on the second pulley, just mark it yourself with some white paintstick/paint marker.
