Putting A D16y8 Intake Manifold And 60mm Tb

I have a 1995 Del Sol SI with the D16Z6 I am putting a 60mm LS throttle Body and a D16y8 Intake Manifold on the car how much of a gain will that make for my car. I already have:

Custom Cold Air Intake
2.5 Inch Exhaust
HP Racing Header 4:2:1
High Flow Cat
B&M FPR
AEM Adjustable Cam Gear

And also would the Hondata Heatshield gasket be worth getting when i put this on or should i wait on that until i get a port and polish job done this summer

i doubt you make anything over 120 whp. that would be amazing

i meant how much of a gain should just the intake manifold and throttle body add to what i have now
