putting a d16z6 in a crx hf

i have a 90 crx hf with a knocking b18a1 in it. i want to go back to d series, but im sort of confused with what to do about the wiring harness. i didnt modify the harness for the crx to work with the b18a, so i dont really know how to change it back to work with d series. could i just order i new complete harness for the d16z6 swap(if so, where) also what about the ecu.

what kind of shift linkages and axles would i need.

instead of putting in a d16z6, i think i want to put in the d16a6. what wiring changes would i need for that swap. are the b18a1 wiring connector plugs the same as the d16a6?
