q for engine oil

i have jdm b16 engine and i would like to know what kind engine oil should i put into my engine?
im putting 10/30w into engine and if its right what oil would be best for my engine?

Ive, been putting in 10-30 Valvoline, It's common and you can get it anywhere. Does anyone know if its bad to use 10-30 as opposed to 5-30?

I use Carstrol GTX 10w30. It works great and my oil analyses always come back clean. On track I use either Mobil 1 15w50 or Agip Racing 10w60.

lateapex who do you use for oil analyses or do you have access to a partical counter


also i use royalpurple racing9 in my race car (0w10) equivelant

and mobil1 or royal purple 5w30 0r 5w20 in my DD
