Where is the timing mark @ on the block/oil pump to line up the timing mark on on the timing crankshaft gear??????????????????????????????

its probably somewhere close to the general maintenance forum, and a little further away from the members lounge than you would expect.

so, i put it there.


and what are you trying to line it up to?
i always thought to just get the piston to TDC with the timing mark at the top of the pully. then line up the rest from there.
