I've got an h23 in mine and it's held up fine and it's pretty stout for what it is as you can see by my signature(IMO). It's got 107xxx and counting hard. But I guess it all depends cuz some motors seem to be stronger from the factory than others.
 
dude, you can build the b20 thats in your car. pm me for info, i will try and put you in touch with turbo tom from ludespeed. he builds kits. and you can even swap in h23 rods for 150% the strength. ;-)

bash an h-series more deuche bags. look! i bought type s pistons and cams....i now have the same HP as a k series, and more tq! and spent 2500-3k less. idiots.
