I want to upgrade my springs and was wondering how high of a spring rate you guys would suggest for a daily driven 90 Crx that I drag race once a week and one weekend a month? I was thinking of 800 for the front and 600 for the back.

I was planning on KONI adjustables and it's only driven like 3 miles to work and back.

I called a local shop and they said 600 front 450 rear because I drag so much. Still wondering what everyone here thinks?

if your setting up for drag get something stiffer in the rear ... it will help stop weight from transfering off the front to the rear

i couldnt tell you ... i dont drag race ... all i know is for drag you want as much of the weight staying up front as possible (traction reasons)
