The history of barbecueing is rumored to be for the hardest of all red meats to cook. human.

red meat = beef, lamb

white meat = chicken, pork

all i was doing was clarifying that humans are white meat not red meat

Oh yeah wise guy, if a Pontiac was meat what kind would it be?
What about a Chrysler? And how hard would it be to cook a mini cooper? :slap: :kick:

looks red to me

maybe its all the blood. but ive never seen processed human meat

its really not so much the actual color that classifies it
more the composition
for instance... veal while being classified as a red meat is lighter in color than ham

actually humans are more similar to pork than beef
humans (like pork) have most of their fat located in a layer between the muscle and the skin... as opposed to beef and lamb, which are heavily "marbled" meats with a lot of intramuscular fat

so people = the OTHER other white meat :)

True. Cooked human flesh is reported to taste like pork.
