question on installing guages

can we use our stock honda oil pressure switch for this guage or is a sender necessary...my guess would be no...that the stock oil pressure switch is an on or off thing that just sends a signal not a reading. If i can't use it then any idea what to do about senders for apc guages....thanks

I know autometer ones need a sending unit to work, so I would assume that APC ones do also. Unless it is a mechanical gauge then you won't need the sending unit.
