I actually have a 92 95 JDM D15b vtec that I just put in my 93 civic DX. I have the wiring harness from a 95 1.6 vtec honda civic EX.
Will that work?
Also what cabin harness do I need?
Will any 1.6 or 1.5 vtec cabin harness work?
I have a ECU with the number P07.
I hope that ECU will work.

Any help would be amazing!!! Thanks:ph34r:

the 95 EX harness will work fine
you will need to add the wires for VTEC from the ECU to the shock tower plugs (rywire.com sells these pre-made)
the P07 ECU is a VX ECU (not the ECU you want) a P28 would work fine... the correct ECU would be the P08

I would go with the p28. With a p08 you have a one wire o2 sensor instead of the standard 4 wire. Plus if anything goes wrong with the Ecu its much easier to find another one. Good choice on the swap. I love mine. Great mpgs and fun to drive.

The ecu would theoretically work. Just not properly and will throw check engine light codes and will run in limp mode.
