I got two automatic hondas both with swaps but i think its faster if i shift 1 to 2 to 3 to 4..like that. But i'm not sure if i'm doing any damage to the tranny. Hey, I do it because starting is D3 Or D4 is slow as hell lol
its not good for the tranny, it is meant to be left alone, the only reason they give the lower gears in an auto is for towing, and i doubt you tow anything with your car. look into a manual swap bro!
