    could i make a difference to my p28 ecu in my 1999 civic coupe ecu?
    how can i do it? could i get more hP

    You know, they teach sentence structure in school--look into it.

    From what I interpret, you want to put a P28 into your 6th gen Civic....
    What engine do you have?
    Why would you want and OBD1 ECU in an OBD2 car?

    Yes, IF the ecu is chipped for SOHC VTEC specs.

    You will need 1- P28 ecu, and a OBD2 - OBD1 ecu adapter.
