Can someone tell me what the Difference is between Manual Trans Fluid and ATF???

I'm currently installing a Manual trans and I was wondering if the Left over ATF I have would work just fine or should I actually pay out the ass sort of and go get Redline or Purple Royal Manual Trans fluild.

no theres a big difference. honda trannys that are manul use motor oil. so just go by some castrol motor oil.
