Quiet day in here...

Two days in a row of fabulous sunny weather will do that. And of course, some of you were hard at work.

Hey! So in a few weeks, I will be hanging out at one of these pubs for two nights. Hehe. Two car forum groups to get together with... so pick me out some beer to drink! The selection is huge and so much looks tasty. So help me out here! Post your picks in order of your preference...

I visited the Shiner Brewery in April. What a cool place! The samples were excellent.

Yeah- the Shiner brewery is a pretty cool spot to visit.

You could try...

Cherry Vodka Sour
Tequila Sunrise
Kamikaze

But those are just the standard "Asian Party Drinks", and not any kind of beer.

*sigh* All these lovely beers... and I'm getting all these other suggestions. Shiner on draught > bottled, but that I can get at any bar in Texas. And mixed drinks I can get back home here in Boston. lol

grenadine, vodka, o.j., cranberry juice, whiskey and rum.

shot of grenadine, shot of o.j., 2 shots of cranberry juice.

mix in 4 parts vodka, 3 parts whiskey and 2 parts rum.

serve over ice.


its a drink my ex girlfriend, who was from Kentucky, ordered for me
on our first date....

needless to say after a few drinks i feel head over heels for her. i then picked myself up after i regained conciousness and went home sick.

from that list I would say, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. or anchor steam personally I think pale is better. If you want to go Mexican or really New Mexican I would say Dos Equis Lager. To be honest I have not heard of most of these, so I bet there will be some awesome new beers to try... have fun
