I have a 94 civic EX 1.6 that runs very smooth when I start it as the temperature starts to go up to normal the car stops running smooth. And after awhile the radiator begins to overflow but the temperature gage does not get into the hot zone. Sometime the car stalls, thinking it was over heating I replaced the
radiator.
I have had people tell me it was a warped head to its just timing.

Does anyone have any ideas.
Thanks

start with the easy stuff that doesn't cost any money to fix.

1)check your plumbing to make sure it's not plugged up
2)check your thermostat, 99% of the time, thats the culprit.
3)check the seals on the radiator cap, could be old and not holding pressure.

It's flowing out of the radiator and in to the over flow tank.
