jeffie posting a picture of a bunch of dudes...
Thats a photoshop right? Cant be real..........
That's one helluva break.
if that is real it is cool as hell...
That's definitely real, and very cool. I've never seen a wave that looks like that before (and I'm not so sure I'd want to, unless I someday learn to be a badass surfer )
that picture is uber gay. i bet those surfer are like, "whoa dude, that wave just gave me the the biggest boner. coooool, huh huh"
no pic is cool as hell. all the surfer's having a circle jerk on the beach after is gay.
ok, the pic is cool as hell. all the male surfers ruin it.
somebody photo chop the girls from that one surf movie and it will be the pic of the day. ^_^
blue crush. haha. yes, that is an interesting sight... but, you don't want to be on the ass end of it. what you see there occurs a lot in Waimea Bay, Hawaii. and there is nothing 'gay' about surfing... sure some of the guys aren't all that bright, but neither are the women. it's fun to try... i suck miserably... but, eh, it's fun.
its real. it's teahupoo. look it up
ha. you ever been out surfing? if not then you might not understand it. even paddling out the first time on a 5 or 6 foot day is scary as shit. the feeling on a wave, though, is amazing. you are so in the moment that you can forget about anything else except for that.
bah. i cant see it, damn toyota dealership computers
Nothing gay at all. Look up surfing localism. Surfers are more violent then soccer hooligans. They literally get into fights over being cut off on waves or even paddling out into "their" break. I have been in an altercation or two related to surfing and that's with shitty east coast waves. Go to Hawaii's North Shore and there is literally a fight almost every day.
i wouldnt know what to think if i was out there and that happened.. crazy shit y0
Some of you may remember a scene from Point Break were Keanu Reeves collides with another surfer and then gets punched in the mouth and gets his leash cut. In the real world that situation would have played out much worse. A local was clearly on a wave(stealing waves is a big issue, even amongst locals) before a "yuppy" got on it and then collided with him. If that were the North Shore, Keanu Reeves would have needed an ambulance and a stay in ICU.
If your really interested in the issue there is an indie film called "Locals Only: A Look at Surfing Localism" that explains the issue clearly. I'm not sure how easy it is to come across a copy of it though.
i dont surf.. i was just saying.. it would be crazy to be out there then see something like that..
