Alright, I just purchased a 88 Civic HB(STD, 4-spd) with blown motor for $300 to swap in my D15B-VTEC in(the two CRXs are no more). Anyways, this car had all kinds of decals on it including a huge Orange Country Choppers across the windshield, and the most ghetto two-tone paint job. I just spent an hour scraping decals and paint of the windows. WTF is up with people? And I think this car was driven illegally(not to be racists, but these guys were mexican btw, I know because I asked.), because had a fake tag and the inspection sticker expired in 04.

I don't know if you guys are familiar with NC style titles, but the guy didn't ever get a new title(he just kept the old one where it was signed off to him), anyways he signed it off to me in the "dealer" section and I had it notarized. Will this still go through? Or does he have to get a new title and sign it over($40+1 week) or should I go to the owner before him?

if its been notarized its a legal deal i would assume. but then again, you could call your DMV and ask them just to be on the safe side.

you should just stay away from deals like that. it isn't worth the hassle. you might get a cheap car, but who knows what else. good luck man.

I just thought of this today. Ricers are like farts. They think their a big shit, but they're really just a lot of hot air.

the Charger Daytona was 24 feet long, 6 feet wide. The wing stood much higher than that (I don't have the exact dimensions, but it's over 40 inches). It's also squared off on the folds, and completely flat on the top.

Even though the hood on the Charger Daytona opens hinging in the rear (as common) once can not reach the engine from the front of the car. Even if you stand on the nose (Which isn't a good idea) and lay forward, arms outstretched. Not a lot of trailers can accomodate the Charger Daytona.

That is not a daytona wing, that's an aftermarket wing (Something like the "Supra 4", being 4 times the height of the Supra wing)

The trunk lid of the Charger is almost 4 feet long. At it's arc, it doesn't come near the top of the wing. I can crouch and walk under it.

    The Daytona is ridiculously proportioned.
