Rattle At 3500 Rpms

Ok, ive been hearing that this is a honda thing, but I seem to have a rather annoying rattle/buzz under my teg at around 3500 rpms. Ive heard its the heatshield over the bottom of the cat. Any suggestions on getting rid of this noise?

sounds like a heatshield to me .....
get under the car and remove it
or fasten it back down

yep gat a hammer and some muffler weld bend it back into shape and fill it full of muffler weld

That definitely sounds like the heatshield.

most likely the heat shield. It could also be the gasket in between your header and cat/test pipe.
