Rattling noise

Well I thought I could live with the noise but now its becoming a pain in the ass. Everytime I start going 50+ mph I get this weird rattling noise coming from my front right side. Sounds like something from my suspension. It also make my steering wheel shake a little. Could it be a warped rotor or my suspension going bad?

Sorry. Its a 90 CRX Si with Tokico shocks and springs.

I had a similar problem with my integra. It turned out to be a tie rod, so that's my my suggestion.
