i dont know how much power do i will gwith the head job i also have skunk2 stage 2 cams and jdm type r pistons but the after doing the head job do i need to re adjust the VAFC? and how many HP do i will get..

Going to have to wait to put it back together then dyno. Could be almost no gains, could be a lot, depends on way too many variables. Its not a video game where stage 1 head work gets you XX horsepower, it changes from engine to engine in realworld.

Put it on the dyno to tune it. You don't want to blow up all your hard spent money on a driveway tune.
