I'm helping my friend rebuild his b16a1 and I was wondering if I can re-use the head gasket? Its a cometic 2mm metal head gasket. It looks to be in decent shape but I don't want to put the head back on and find that the head gasket it leaking.

Gaskets are cheap, replace it, its not worth the hassel of having to tear it apart again.

I would reccomend just buying one at autozone or murarys. My freind order a cometic one for his LS, and when we went to intal it, your out it was for a VTEC head. So instead of waiting a week or so, he decided to get on from the local parts store, and it worked out fine.
