Rear brake lights always on!!

I did an automatic to maual swap in my 89 honda crx dx. Now i just finished putting my new b18a1 motor in there..went to crank up the motor.. had the normal first time probs.... but for some reason my brake lights wont go off.. anyone have any ideas...did i maybe forget to jump a wire from the automatic harness inside the car near the shifter!? any help would be appreciated! thanks!

there is a rubber nipple that depresses a button above your brake pedal. you need to replace it or come up with a fix.

I've got tape on mine right now Works like a charm
