The purpose of getting tuned is so that you can use the larger injectors. Without the tuning, the ECU would send out impropor pulse lengths and flood the hell out of your motor. Your stock injectors are pretty maxed. My N/A Prelude is on stock injectors and a uberdata setup, and the only real difference is the addition of mid-range timing. You can't add a whole lot of fuel up top.

You aren't talking about making stupid power, so you can get away with using Saturated injectors. Inline fours making more than 400 horsepower should always use peak and hold.
 
running stock injectors with out an fmu, you will pop your motor at 2 psi. there simply WONT be fuel to mix with the air.

you 100% MUST have larger injectors with hondata. (well, if your goal is to make more power anyway)
