regular or synthetic or mix in B18c? and what brand??

i recently got an EK hatch with a jdm gsr b18c motor with 29xxx miles. what oil should i run...full synthetic, regular, or mix?? and what brand is recommended?

I run Mobile1 full synthetic in my jdm b18c... I dunno personally with high rpm motors i feel synthetic is a good way to go, but expensive. In the grand scheme of things though it probably doesn't matter much as long as you change it regularly. I'm sure people will argue it to death though as to which is better

it depends on what motor just call and ask your local honda dealer what they use on there gsr

Just use what honda uses since they designed the engine or whatever your owners manual sugests.

I wouldn't waste money on expensive oil, as long as you change it often It shouldn't really matter.
